Citations

Be clear and conspicuous so that customers can notice and understand it.

Use Claims Information Management System (CIMS) to search for approved claims first. Approved claims that require citations will indicate the study that supports them or other necessary language to assure claim is presented in proper context.

For questions, to use a claim that does not have an approved CIMS record, or to use a variation of an approved claim, consult with Regulatory (RegulatoryAffairs@gojo.com) and Legal (Legal@gojo.com) before copy review/red stamp review.

Place citation number/mark outside punctuation marks, such as after the end of a sentence, or after a comma if included in the middle of a sentence.
